Power Off the Display of Your Rasberry Pi

If you are using RaspyFi or similar Linux MPD player, you may further improve the sound by disabling the HDMI display output. Just add the following line to "/etc/init.d/bootmisc.sh"

# Turn off HDMI display output 
/opt/vc/bin/tvservice -o
