做吞拿魚包
昨天有朋友到訪, 問我的焗爐是怎用? 我是約每星期做一次麵包的:
今次做的是吞拿魚包
包好後等它們發酵, 約一個多小時
發酵後掃一層牛油和用牙籤"吉"數個小孔
入爐, 180度預熱3分鐘, 焗15分鐘
完成, 空温冷卻30分鐘.
2013-06-01, 花了半天
